The Dream Body Centre (DBC) is a weight loss and body transformation centre, where people can get their Dream Body in just 23 minutes, 3 times a week. We are in the business of transforming people’s lives by transforming their bodies. We want to help as many people as possible become happier in their lives by giving them their Dream Body.

The Dream Body Centre achieves this through the power of circuit training. Each Centre has a circuit which consists of 23 stations (positions). A person goes around the whole station twice, and spends about 30 seconds on each station.

Most of the members at the Dream Body Centre are overweight, and their main goal is to lose weight. You must be sensitive to that and be very patient and encouraging. The role of the circuit advisor is to show current, new and potential members how to use the DBC circuit, and more importantly, encourage and motivate all members and visitors to reach their goals.
