I’m sure this is a question that you’re thinking about.  And if not, you probably should be.  Here are the main reasons you should choose Falak as your employer:

Wait!  Not so Fast...

I don’t want you to think that working here is going to be easy, it’s not.  It wouldn’t be fair  of me not to mention “the down side”.  First of all, my standards are pretty high.  For example, I’ll fire someone if they are consistently late, even if it’s only a few minutes late.  Punctuality and self-discipline are vital.  Also, I’ll get rid of anyone who consistently violates our guiding principles. Finally, the working hours are long and most positions have shifts, and you may be required to work extra hours.

Falak is not for everyone, certainly not for anyone who doesn’t take their job seriously. But to be honest, if you are hard working and committed, and if you’re the kind of person who relishes a challenge, then I have no doubt you’re going to love working with us.  Like I said, we plan on growing and there will be opportunities for our Team Members to grow with us.
